Due to an accident in my past, I am missing the majority of my small intestines, part of my stomach, and other parts. All the flavors are great and I love that I can get 30G of protein at 130 calories! The protein powder’s have much higher calories and you still have to add milk. Ingredients are good too! You can’t go wrong with these
