TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ONLINE GIVEAWAY
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before participating in the online giveaway ("Giveaway"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Giveaway organized by Slate Craft Goods, Inc. ("Organizer"). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. We advise participants to review these official rules regularly in order to make themselves aware of any changes.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1. The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the forty eight (48) states of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
1.3.This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. ENTRY:
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the entry instructions provided on the Giveaway website and must sign up using their name and email address. Individuals cannot sign up by engaging with social media content (e.g., liking posts, commenting, sharing, tagging friends, etc. on any social media platform).
2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
2.3. By entering the Giveaway, participants warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION:
3.1. Participants’ information collected in connection with this Giveaway may be shared with administrators to execute the Giveaway and/or deliver the prize, and administrators will use such information in accordance with Organizer’s privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, the information provided by you for this Giveaway is subject to the Organizer’s privacy policy located here.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE:
4.1. The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
4.2. The winner(s) will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Giveaway entry.
4.3. The winner(s) must accept the prize by email as directed by Organizer within 24 hours of notification. Organizer is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
4.4. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture.
4.5. The prize(s) will be described in the Giveaway website and may be subject to additional terms and conditions or restrictions imposed by third-party providers or relevant authorities. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize(s) of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. PUBLICITY:
5.1. By accepting a prize, the winner(s) agree to allow the Organizer and/or its affiliates and partners to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes on their social media channels without further compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
6.1. The Organizer, Zuffa, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, acceptance, or use of any prize.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of this Agreement, the administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize(s).
7. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION:
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if it deems necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms of the social media platform, tampering with the entry process, or violating this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts. By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
