If you're expecting a crunchy cookie you'll be sorely disappointed. These are cookie dough-ish, which is to say they're soft, chewy, and have a vague resemblance to cookie dough. I wasn't very pleased with the taste eating them straight out of the bag, but they may be a good addition crumbled up into yogurt or blended into a shake.
