How to Update Your Payment Method

Step 1

Navigate to your account using the person icon in the top right-hand corner.

On mobile: Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left-hand corner.

Then tap Login at the bottom of the menu.

Step 2

Find your active subscription and click View details.

Step 3

Scroll down to Billing and select Edit.

Step 4

In the Manage payment methods window, select Add new payment method.

Step 5

Enter your card number, expiry date, name on card, and CVV. When you're done, select Next.

Step 6

Add your billing information, then save your new card.

Note: Once your new card is added, you can choose which card is your primary payment method. Go back to Manage payment methods, select the card, and choose Set as primary.
