All the flavors were good, but my favorite is the mocha so I ended up switching my subscription order to the mocha pack instead of the variety.
Decent pre or post workout drink. Doesn’t taste to fake sugary. As someone who has a hard time with milk and fake sugars they have the balance just right. No GI upset here.
I have health issues and to be able to find something that taste this great is outstanding!!!
Love having a variety
Vanilla Latte is a nice alternative to my favourite Mocha Latte (they're both great!), very drinkable right out of the can. I prefer not to shake it up, and sometimes I add a little sugar-free "simple syrup" to make it sweeter if I feel it needs it (usually not but sometimes).
