Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate the entire supply chain in collaboration with other members of the Operations team, including but not limited to ingredient and material sourcing, production scheduling and optimizations, reconciliations, freight in to partner warehouse facilities, warehouse and logistics optimizations, freight out, and more.
• As part of monthly S&OP process, consistently and proactively interact with sales and e-commerce teams to aid in developing company’s production plan
• Collect data from internal and external sources create recommendations to improve company’s supply chain
• Evaluate opportunities to work with company’s ingredient and material partners to drive efficiencies and improve margin
• Mange and oversee multiple tasks in company’s ERP including month-end cycle activities, BOMs, finished-good pricing and allocation
• Respectfully assist all members of the Operations team in ensuring they have the support necessary to perform their individual responsibilities
• Other projects and assignments as they come up

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing a team
• Experience utilizing ERP system (Netsuite a plus)
• Strong Excel skills are required
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactively ask for help when necessary
• Understanding of sourcing, production, and inventory management
• Thrives in a high paced environment
• Able to coordinate, respectfully challenge assumptions, and communicate timely with multiple departments
• Willing to get your hands dirty - we’ve spent hours packing boxes and moving stuff around ourselves
