Slate Spotlight: Justin Martinez

Raised in Brooklyn and now based in Long Island City, we’d like to introduce you to Justin Martinez. Unlike our past Spotlights, this 32-year-old Slate enthusiast is a realtor at Compass, selling properties in the great city of New York. Initially interested in optometry school, Martinez committed to crushing realty, and has now completed over 550 transactions and sold over $255,000,000. So, how does Slate fit into his life?

Slate team: How did you find out about us?

“I found Slate through the HPLT with Brian Mazza in May of this year. There was a mysterious free box that was delivered to my residence, and now I have been drinking Slate 1 to 2 times daily ever since.”

What better surprise than a box full of Slate!

Slate team: A box of goodness developed into a habit for you, we love to hear it. What made you become an avid Slate drinker?

“I love chocolate milk, and Slate is very tasty, and I don’t have to sacrifice my daily macro goals while drinking it compared to if I drank a Nesquik drink. The dark chocolate flavor is my favorite.”

We couldn’t agree more, you should never have to choose between your happiness and your health, especially when you can enjoy both!

Slate team: As a growing fan, what would you say is your favorite way to enjoy Slate?

“My favorite way to drink slate is [with] a cup of ice.”

When on the go, between showings around the city, a can of Slate is perfect for a quick pick-me-up, and even better when enjoyed chilled.

Well, there you have it. Slate is great for anyone actively crushing it, whether in the gym or in the workplace. Your life may get busy, but we’re here to never let it get in the way of your health. Whether you’re more of a mocha fan for the caffeine buzz, or into the strong sophistication of dark chocolate, add some lactose free protein to your day today!
