Warm up - light stretching & walking

Walking lunges - 3 sets of 10 lunges

Glute-focused step ups - 3 sets of 10 on each leg

Pushups - as many reps as possible

Tricep dips - 3 sets of 12

Pushups again - as many as you can!

Bodyweight squats - 3 sets of 15
