  • 1 cup almond flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup GF flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1.5 t baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • .5 t baking soda ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 t vanilla ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 mashed banana ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 egg ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup Slate Dark Chocolate Milk
  • 1 cup roasted cashews
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Gluten Free Banana Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mash banana in a bowl, add egg, vanilla, and chocolate milk, and mix together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly add dry to wet, slowly mixing until completely combined.
  5. Pour into a loaf pan and top with golden roasted cashews and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  8. EAT IT!
