Caramel Apple Chia Pudding Recipe


INGREDIENTS (serves 4-5):

-1 can Slate Caramel Latte
-⅓ cup chia seeds
-1 ½ tsp cinnamon
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 large apple, diced
-½ tbsp butter or coconut oil


-In a bowl, combine chia seeds, Slate Caramel Latte, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup. 
-Whisk well and let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.
-Let the chia pudding sit overnight in the fridge. 

Next day:

-In a pan, combine 1 tbsp of maple syrup, the chopped apple, ½ tsp cinnamon, and butter or coconut oil.
-Sautée for about 5 minutes over medium heat. 
-Top your overnight chia seed pudding with the sautéed apples and enjoy!
-Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
