     In late 2017, Co-Founders Manny and Josh teamed up to help give chocolate milk a clean slate. After a successful Kickstarter, an appearance on Shark Tank, and two years of R&D, Slate launched in late 2019. What began as an idea to make healthier chocolate milk has quickly evolved into a strength and energy brand that sells high protein milks and lattes in thousands of stores, and nationwide online. Primary Responsibilities

●     Own collaboration between retail sales and ecommerce marketing teams, leading as the direct connection between the two, to create a seamless experience for products digitally and in-store with retailers both online and on shelf.

●     Work cross-functionally to oversee, manage, implement, and analyze in-store marketing assets: retail marketing materials, IRCs, coupons, fixtures, etc as needed

●     Own the strategy and execution of our retail media campaigns across major platforms including Instacart, Criteo, Kroger Performance Network / 8451, Walmart Connect, iBotta, and others

●     Own all retail related digital asset platforms including Syndigo, 1WorldSync, etc.

●      Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, measure ROAS/ROI, and optimize budget and tactical strategies based on data-driven learnings

●      Leverage shopper analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence to gain deep insights into shopper behaviors and trends, to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall online shopper experience

●      Performs additional duties and responsibilities as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

●     2+ years’ experience in Shopper Marketing, preferably within consumer-packaged goods

●     Familiarity with retail media management & applicable platforms (Instacart, KPM, Criteo)

●     Strength in data-driven analysis and decision making, with ability to test, learn, and pivot based on campaign performance and reaching company goals

●     Combination of collaborative and decisive, able to make informed decisions and thoroughly report on results
